- Decide - Decide that you're going to remember your dream. Make concious recall that you will remember your dream.
- Record - write down your dreams (lucidity app?) or by hand (AFTER, point 3)
- Eyes - Keep your eyes shut/closed! it will help you reflect on you mind. - before point 2.
- Affirm - Affirm that you will remember - sett intention before you will sleep, that you will remember. (same thing with affirming wake up time)
- Manage - Manage sleep, important with deep rest, get regular sleep routines
- S - Share your dreams with someone friends or significant other.
NB: The first basic tool to lucid dreaming, is remembering your dream, this a skill that takes more time than remembering dreams
