Green Screen Cart
Pizza Studio Boxes: Compliments of Maker Girls. Students can create scenes using puppets and straws with a green screen background. Students can demonstrate digital storytelling with the equipment.

Green Screens : Students will be able to transport ordinary assignments into deeper conversations and conversations with peers.
Lego Storage: Students can build with purpose. Teachers can assign task, using task cards or science standards.
During library time, students will be encouraged to retell their story through Legos.

Art Cart
Paper, Colored Pencils, Student Instructions, and Books based on origami and paper.
Oakwood's Makerspace will be portable for classroom and library use. The reasons behind this Space and Design Philosophy will be that the idea of a maker will branch into the classrooms. The library will be used a stepping stool inspire makers and dreamers.
Teachers will have bins and equipment that can be borrow for weeks. Instructional Manuals will be created for staff and students. Students will have the opportunity to create QR codes for visual explanations.

The space will be in the media center behind the circulation desk. Shelves will be in four categories: STEM-related, literacy-based, and books related to makers, and equipment for check out or in library use.
