CRITICAL REFLECTION (SUCCESSES - HOW I HAVE GROWN AS A CREATIVE…
CRITICAL REFLECTION
-
RELATIONSHIP WITH TEAM
Positive
Fortunate to have a good team who listened to eachothers ideas and considered each one as a group equally
-
-
We felt confident in taking on roles out of our comfort zone, satisfied in knowing our team would be there if we needed help or advice.
With the tasks I shared with Karolina, we worked well together and the ideas flowed between us and bounced off each other with our creative ideas.
Negative
At the beginning Karolina was very keen to start the project and would often take on a lot of big tasks and not sharing them. We did however resolve this by speaking to Karolina and suggesting we have a project manager who listens to everyones preference in tasks and then gives them out.
There were times in meetings where Ollie would get distracted by other groups when working in the classroom.
ENCOUNTER WITH CLIENT
Positive
-
They gave us some amazing advice and offered a few ideas to consider, growing from ideas we had presented to them
-
We learnt a lot from them and they had so much useful information we possibly would not have considered without them
Working with their team built our confidence as they were compliment of our ideas and designs, but also honest with their feedback to help us improve.
Put us back on the right track when we had jumped the gun with the animated ideas which was beneficial. They also explained why which made us realise how important it is to start with black and white wireframes
Negative
There were times where they would say they would send us some useful stuff but they never got round to. It is understandable as they are a busy company.
As they spend a lot of time on planning within their own and have the time to do it, we did not have the time
-
LIMITATIONS
I do not have much experience in Unity and felt that I couldn't be much help when it came to actually making the game and putting it altogether.
