Unconditioned Response:
The unlearned reaction to an unconditioned stimulus that occurs without previous conditioning
Conditioned Response:
Learned reaction to a conditioned stimulus
UCR and CR are the same, difference is UCR is before conditioning
Unconditioned Stimulus:
A signal (stimulus) that draws an unconditioned response without previous conditioning. The signal that normally triggers the response.

Extinction:
When the operantly conditioned response disappears over time as reinforcement/punishment ceases

Types of Learning
Observational Learning:
Modelling is our capacity to learn by watching others
Involves a person observing the consequences (reinforcement +ve or -ve) and modifying their own behaviour according to the consequences
ARRM
Classical Conditioning:
Learning by association
When two things (stimuli) that are closely associated
Repeated pairing of stimuli
NS elicits a response
It's INVOLUNTARY
Operant Conditioning:
Learning by reward and punishment
Repeat actions that produce favourable results
Avoid actions that produce unpleasant results
When VOLUNTARY responses are controlled by consequences
