Guidelines
For youth (13-17) they must complete at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per day
on at least 3 day per week they must engage in strength and conditioning activities to improve muscle and bone strength
Sedentary behaviour guidelines
Limit use of electronics to no more than 2 hours per day
Lower levels of social media use, can reduce mental issues alter in life
