Types of Room Layout
Theatre
The seatings are found in a theater or cinema with chairs aligned in consecutive straight rows.
Popular for meetings, Annual General Meetings, product launches.
Classroom
The seating's are found in a school or lecture theater, with chairs and trestle tables aligned in consecutive straight rows.
Popular for training, conferences, sales kick-offs and product launches.
Horseshoe
Similar to U Shape, however there are no tables, only chairs arranged in an open ended configuration with the audience facing inwards.
Popular for large meetings, presentations, team briefings.
Cabaret
Similar to Banquet style, however there is an open end, with the audience seated in an arc facing forwards.
Popular with meetings such as training sessions, awards nights and gala dinners.
Circle/Semi-circle
Similar to Banquet style, however there are no tables, only chairs arranged in a circle/semi-circle formation.
Popular for role plays and presentation.
