CHARACTERISTICS:
1.- - The OKR must have measurable results, that is, they can be quantified by percentages, numbers, binaries, etc.
2.- They must be ambitious, so that the person who has assigned them has to give their best to achieve it.

4.- Measure growth, they serve to measure and should not be used to judge a person in case the OKR do not reach the acceptable percentage.
5.- They are the result of an action or task.
6.- They are used so that the person who applies them, can have a better analysis of what they are doing.
7.-The OKRs must be simple, and it is recommended5 to apply maximum 5 each period (monthly, quarterly, annual).
8.- The OKRs must be public if they are being used in an organization, this serves so that the rest of the people close to them can see the growth of said person.
9.- They must be constantly updated, so as not to lose sight of them and to follow them rigidly
