Mission Statement
Define: the organization's purpose and primary why you exist as a business, tend to be short, clear and powerful.

Vision Statement
Define your organization's purpose, but they focus on its goals and aspirations.

Are used at all levels of an organization and are intended to align individuals' goals with the overall objectives of the organization.

Step 2: Set Key Results:For each objective that you set, establish two or three key results to measure it by.
Step 3: Monitor Progress: Carry out quarterly progress reviews
to keep things fresh and moving forward.
Step 4: Repeat the Cycle: Using OKRs is an ongoing process – they don't come to an end when the time frame that you set for your objectives expires.
