Roger (Earl of Hereford) - son of William FitzObern, roger given less land and power than his father
Waltheof (Earl of Northumbria) - Son of Earl Seward. 1066 he submitted to William rebelled and submitted again. Was pardoned and married Williams niece
Ralph (Earl of east Anglia) - took over his fathers position, but resented king as he wasn't given as much power
