health vs medicine
Is this patient healthy or not healthy?
If a patient is healthy it won't show in their size, but there are trends, shape, genetics, etc... it all has to do with trends and stats: fat people are more hypertensive, but skinny kids who eat garbage are at the same level of risk for heart attack or stroke
health nuts would do well to take a step back and look at what's manageable:
Meat eaters can eat ham which is less fatty than chicken or turkey
1 more item...
Suggesting eating nuts is ineffective because peanut butter is super high in calories and consumed with jelly and bread 99% of the time
What is the medical history of the patient?
Blood pressure high or low
over time you can identify hypertension
Health is a semantic term used in today's society because we are all supposed to be concered with someone's health and not their medical situation
people are generally chastized for living an unhealhty lifestyle because it will shorten their life span, and promote the unhealthy behaviors of others
People are obsessed with being right, being smarter than their doctors, not going to the doctor, using supplements and diet to stay healthy, and generally distrust doctors
Not trusting doctors is bad for your health even if you think you know more, you don't
getting healhty, having a good BMI/health index is good and important. People who have this as a focus have part of the right idea
Many people can't afford to shop at trader joe's, farmer's markets
2 more items...
broccolli, cabbage, carrots: these are foods that are readily available, don't taste like a sewer, and can be cooked to tase very good, and be filling
