Open invite ... anyone who wants to learn. - Quorum of members targeted for inclusion. Try and get big audience for the shorter sessions, focused team for the half day ones.

hold these on 45th floor? or external location? May need a degree of confidentiality depending on contents of real-life problems being examined?
can't set these up until we have problems to solve - suggest we assign accountable people at the per idea/problem level

Start with an overview session - clarifying terms, explaining format, intro/ice-breaker, get to know each other,
After things have bedded in, Get guest speakers in from external consultancies to show us best practice .... :explode:

Follow up each session with an email summary - curated links and useful templates, maybe a photograph? - drive people to the web page to access?
Post materials on Neil & Maddy's Matix sharepoint page, and get into the learning catalogue?
Talk through what the tool / technique is, when it's best used? when to avoid? go through an example?
Ask for ideas about how it could be used within S&I initiatives?
Get feedback - do people think they will apply it? if not why not?
Each week - announce what will be covered the following week, and then research it / prepare the email.
Establish an idea of what the club members already know, what their roles are, what they are looking for from the club
Kick it off with an intro email, outlining the terms of the group, and testing whether people are interested in committing time to it, and changing the way they work?
start the following week with a recap on the previous topic, and find out if anyone's had the cause to use it?
We need a playbook for initiating and delivering change ....
We need to be more strategic about where we place our bets - like a start-up does. We need to learn how to pivot, rather than just fail!
