Air pollution
The air in Urban areas is 97% air pollution due to heavy traffic and and fossil fuels spreading into the air.
In Istanbul, the last thirty-years the amount of air pollution during 2011 has increased by 124% comparing it to the country’s emissions in 1990
In Istanbul, the amount of people that bought cars has increased and the fuel amount that has been released during winter caused a foggy weather
Job
After students graduate from university they all have a dream of starting at a place where is pay is high and they start from a big position like being a manager. But almost all of the students don't find a job like this and they keep on waiting for a new option. They don't want to start from being the man on the phone, so they wait. But they don't get any experience during this time so till a year later new people graduate and they might get the job and then you cant find a job. But the ones that start from the bottom go to the top.
Some families make girls get married at a early age to make a family and they usually leave school and get married and they don't work again.

In case if the earthquake is over, the government should make a meeting point for all of the people that were stuck in the earthquake. The government should bring food, first aid, clothing, tents, and etc.
Now due to an earthquake, public places such as hospitals, schools and etc and private places such has house, offices and etc should be reconstructed to be ready and prepared for the earthquake.
As Istanbul is so close to an earthquake risk. The Earthquake is coming from North Anatolian Fault Zone After research scientist has proved that there might be an earthquake in Istanbul with a magnitude of 7 or more. The earthquake could kill 70,000 to 90,000 people.
Traffic
Traffic in week days during morning by the congestion level stand out like 69% on Monday, 64% on Tuesday, 61% on Wednesday, 61% on Thursday and 58% on Friday because people are mostly lazy on Fridays.
Lastly the change of the congestion level over years from 2014 to 2016 standout by at 2014 the level is 58%, on 2015 the level is at 50% and at 2016 the level is at 49% and each year the congestion level has decreased a certain amount.

House pricing
Also now that there an chance of an earthquake the old apartments and houses has a lot lower chance of surviving the earthquake comparing it to new and stronger houses. Now this means that the newer ones are more expensive because it is stronger due if a earthquake occurs. This causes the house price to increase even more now.
Now if your a businessman and you don't to be stuck in traffic everyday there are houses that might near your office. But because there is a limited amount of apartments there and there is a high demand of people willing to live there and the house owners makes the houses expensive.
The population of Istanbul is over 15 million including tourists. This causes people to pay a high rent fee due to the limited space available at down town.
