When do we use it?

How to make Present Perfect?
For
I/You/We/They,
we use have and to
He/She/It
, we use
has
, then we the
past participle
of the action that we are talking about .
In the past participle, if the verbs are regulars, we add
-ed
, and if the verbs are irregular, we use the correct form of the verb
(past participle)
that we were talking.
