How is a part made?
Thin spools is thermoplastic and support material are slowly extruded through dual heated nozzles
The nozzles moves, in a X Y direction, and traces the materials according to the CAD design to create one layer
The platform is then move down so the nozzle can create another layer
This is repeated the part is complete
The supporting materials are removed and finishing is applied to create the product
Part Material
Thermoplastic Materials: ABS, Polycarbonate and Ultem
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)
Machine Parts
CO2 laser
Material Roller
How is a part made?
A layer of power is coated
CO2 rays trace the design onto the powder
Co2 rays heat up and fuse the powder to create a layer of the object
The layer is pulled down and a new layer or powder is coated
This is done layer by layer until the part is created
Support material and excess powder is removed and finishing is applied to create the product
Part marterial
Powdered Nylon - 11, 12 and PEEK Materials

How is a part made?
A layer of liquid resin is coated
UV Rays trace the design onto the liquid resin
UV Rays harden the resin to create a layer
This is done layer by layer until the part is created
The layer is pulled down and a new layer of resin is coated
Support material and excess resin is removed and finishing is applied to create the product
Part Material
Photopolymer
