How parts is made?
Process begins when the C4D data is sliced into thin layers
The data is then transferred to an SLA addictive manufacturing system containing UV curable photo-polymer.
The machine begins to build one layer at a time. Each layer is constructed from a ultraviolet laser that is directed by X and Y scanning mirrors.
As the layer traces the cross-section on the surface of the resin, the liquid material is harden on contact.Once the layer is completed, the build platform will index down to make room for the next layer.
5, A blade moves across the surface ensuring a thin coat of the liquid material is evenly spread. The laser continue to trace and form each layer on top of another layer.
A chemical bath removes resin and the path is cured in an ultraviolet oven. Support structure is also removed during this process.

How it makes parts?
Begins by slicing the 3D CAD data into layers. The data is transferred to a machine which construct layer by layer upon a build platform

Thin thread of thermoplastic and support material are used to create each cross-section of the part
Similar to a hot melt gun, uncoiled material is slowly extruded through dual heated nozzles.The nozzles will precisely lay down both support and thermoplastic material on the preceding layers.The nozzle continues to move in a horizontal XY plane, building the part layer by layer.
Final part is removed from the platform and cleaned off the support material. The part is then go through cleaning to make it smoother.

How it make parts?
The Process
1.Process begins with the atmosphere in the process chamber heated
to the operating temperature and chamber filled with nitrogen.
3D CAD data in the .stl file format is input into the SLS system.
The system slices the part into slices
One powder feed piston rises to distribute a layer of material. The part-building cylinder lowers to the desired layer thickness. The other powder feed piston also lowers to accommodate any surplus material, which the leveling roller transfer across the build area.
Deposited powder is heated to a temperature just below its melting point. Laser draws one cross section of the desired part to sinter the powder particles. Unsintered powder remains to support the next layer, which is distributed, leveled and sintered.
This process continues until the part is completed.
The part-building cylinder then raises to allow the part to be removed after cooling. Excess powder is cleaned off the part by brushing or air-blowing.
