Selective Laser Sintering
a process which use laser selectively to trace the surface of powder and sinters the materials together.
The process: 1. split CAD data into thin cross-section.2. data transfer to SLS equipment. 3. the laser scan the surface, material is heated and fused together. 4. powder bed is lowered to make room for next layer. 5. repeated step until the part is complete.

How it works: 1. Data is sliced into thin layers 2.Data then transfer to an SLA additive manufacturing which contain a UV-curable photopolymer. 3. Machines begins to build the part one layer and each layer is constructed from a ultraviolet laser 4. The laser trace the cross-section on the surface of the resin and liquid material hard the contract. 5. A recoater blade moves across the surface;the laser continue to trace. 6. remove the complete part from liquid and separated from a platform.Remove support material.
