Median Line Principle: Section of UNCLOS treaty that states any two countries who are closer than a certain distance will find the line that divides the countries equally
International Waters: Areas of the ocean where no single county has full sovereignty
Contiguous zone: Are from 12-24 miles off a countries coastline. This zone has limited control, but is still able to use some force over people in this area.
Exclusive economic Zone: The area within 200 miles of a countries coastline. This is the area where a country has full rights to trade within.
