- Consolidation (having 1 platform they see AEM as the 1 platform). IT wants AEM but need good arguments for pushing Sitecore as the alternative option.
- Rows of old code, takes them 4 weeks to change stuff, to get anything done would take too long changing the site, no enablement.
- No brand governance with sapient, no check-ins

• Consulting engagement account - quite positive and minimal, however large part of the business is with Sitecore.
• We presented prioritising AEM first, then analytics and target. As it will be too costly to work on it from a multi-solution perspective.

• Want to restructure the pricing model reducing it to 86,000. Trying to get an additional 2% discount. Budget 150,000 initially, however it keeps changing.
