From Albert Tondrokunsumo, a Martial Arts & Physiology Practitioner (30 Years): "An easy exercise that can fix or prevent spine posture problems is to simply rest the area of your body that's right below your shoulders, with your legs facing towards your pillow and your head facing towards the ceiling. What are affordable ergonomic technologies that decrease or eliminate the consequences of constant screen usage?
Primary Resources
From Dr.Webb, a Chiropractic in Seattle, WA: "Ergonomics are an important part of the office and while maintaining back posture is a priority, another major factor is your neck and arms, which mainly resides in your desk and its ability to adjust and also keep your forearms at a 90 degree angle, your screen the right distance, and your eyes at the proper height. The table I use over there is from Eureka Ergonomics and its perfect fit for all criteria." [5] Eureka Ergonomic Height Adjustable Standing Desk Converter ($400)

Poster Tools
For the tools, I will use a simple website called DesignCap which is a website similar to Canva that specializes in TypoGraphy. This website comes with preset templates and tools. I choose this software because my skills in other softwre such as Photoshop are limited, if any at all.
Poster Formatting
I will make the poster with a simple title in the middle with the poster divided into a south and north side. The south side will show the consequences of bad posture and its common mistakes and the north side will contain proper posture and how to maintain it.
Poster Content
Items on how to sit down and keep neck and back posture. This decision was made due to the limited space on posters and the fact that the diagrams displaying these are more common. The poster will include a title and 2 diagrams describing how to keep your neck and back straight.
