this can also be a bad thing because the impacts of this can cause the workers in devoted countries that have laws to protect their workers from exploitation to loose their jobs in favour of countries and workers that have less rights to protect them from exploitation.

TNCs prey on less developed countries because they have less rights protecting them from harm
snuffs out local businesses that can't compete with its lower prices
takes jobs away from workers in developed countries
Transnationals and More developed countries
transnational companies that are based in more developed countries might outscource work to get cheaper labour for lower prices
because developing countries might not have the best laws to protect its workers from exploitation
