Workforce planning is a worrying issue in the united states, america in general and europe and western countries.
Employment in Europe is turning out to be a very changing discipline, more and more each day workers are seeking to fill positions not only in their country but in all EUROPE.
Although the lenguage is still a barrier and not all workers are willing to move that often.
PROVIDE WORKERS WITH THE NECESSARY INFORMATION.
We also need to train and prepare our workforce for it to understand the environment they'll be working on.
From workers we expect a considerable change in their expectations from their employees and their work:

Flexible timetables
Social networking
Short term objectives
Horizontal hierarchies
Companies will need to ATRACT talent.
