Investigations
2 hourly: CMP, VBG, UECs, bicarb, ketones

Circulation

Bloods: FBC, UEC, ABG/VBG, CMP, formal BGL

Breathing: RR, SpO2, Hudson/bag and mask

Criteria

ICU consult: pH <7.1, shocked, serum osmolality > 330, monitoring for K+, GCS < 12, suspected cerebral oedema
