DEFINITION:
Clinical entity characterised by sputum-producing cough without cardiac or pulmonary disease.
Must be the case for 3 months of the year for 2 consecutive years.

Airflow reduction d/t wall thickening, mucous plugs
narrowing, cough, wheeze, chest tightness
thick, sticky mucous without clearance
