Definition
Instructional strategies: are techniques teachers use to help students become independent, strategic learners. These strategies become learning strategies when students independently select the appropriate ones and use them effectively to accomplish tasks or meet goals.
Instructional Skills : Process or manner by which an instruction module, instruction phase, or an entire course is delivered

Purpose
- to counter the traditional method of teaching where learning was more of a passive learning experience with minimal interaction between students and teachers.

Definition
Training methods pertain to the types of training that can be provided to employees to sharpen their existing skills and learn new skills. The skills that they learn can be technical or soft skills and for all categories of skills, some training methods are suggested here.

Make sure course is engaging by using ice breakers, adding team or group activity, games, introduce prizes, quizzes.
Plan and stick to giving regular breaks, refreshments etc.
Don'ts
panic or beat yourself up if you make an error, use it as a learning curve and a chance to change, develop and improve your delivery.
