is a legal contract between parents and school district that explains what special education services the student will obtain.

IEP Re-evaluation
occurs annually to assess progress and future targets. Assessment may find that some students no longer require special education serves for education success.

B. Group meeting
with family and school staff to discuss the severity of the child's possible disability. Through team collaboration a trial action plan may be implemented to correct the issue.

of consistent academic, social, emotional, behavioral and/or physical inability by the teacher, parent or other caregiver, administrator, or counselor.
