Conduct Small Groups activities, according to the identified characteristics of the students, and keep observing for additional information. At this point a special learning teacher should be of great help in the classroom, if available.

Different Students, Different Materials and Resources, at different levels. Applyind different level of instruction requires differentiated materials per student. Some EdTech Tools can deliver differentiated content depending on the performance of each student.
Rotate Lessons, through different groups at different centers/learning station.
Allow students participation on subject or themes for their projects, using these ideas to combine subjects, skill-sets and technologies.
