The Services page is one of the top-trafficked areas on the Fisher Glen website, so this will be one of our main informational hubs. One thing that I thought was really important was to integrate all PDFs into regular content - so for this area, I'm thinking what we'll do is illustrated icons with brief descriptions listing all services, that then link out to separate pages with more in-depth information. One particular benefit of dividing up the content in this way is that it gives us an opportunity to link to relevant health-related content at the bottom of each page. ALSO: in the resources section there is a link to a client information sheet that's just a 404/page not found error right now; but if we do want to include a form that clients can print and fill out prior to their appointment, I would include that here. An alternative to a PDF form however would be to have an online form that clients could fill out and submit. The information would be sent to a clinic email address, at which point someone from the clinic could get back to them with an appointment time. Generally speaking, I think that a good majority of people will still prefer to call and speak to a real person when it comes to pet health appointments - but if you like, it could still be nice to give them the option of doing it this way, as well. (This form could also function as the online medication refills request form.)
Medical Exams - (In addition to the content from the medical services section and the appointments PDF, this will also briefly touch on customized health plans and geriatric health checks.) MAYBE icon-heart2, icon-heart4, icon-checkmark

Surgery (Anaesthetic and Pain Control content will also go here.) ALSO: there is a PDF on elective surgeries in the client handouts section that will go here as well, and so we'll want to take all of this content and organize it together in a nice and concise way.
Spaying and Neutering (could go under surgery but I think it's such a common need, it should probably have its own page. ALSO: there is a PDF client handout on this topic in the links/resources section, and this page will include that content as well.

Diagnostics (this would include both the Lab and Radiology content. Neither of those areas really have enough content to justify a whole page, so I thought it made sense to combine them. icon-lab, icon-lab2
