Main forms of Industrial Action - Official Strike (what makes it official), Work to Rule, Token Stoppage, Wildcat Strike
Organisations that help sort out Disputes -> Workplace Relations Commission (conciliation), Labour Court (Arbitration)
Main Steps involved in sorting out a Dispute -> Workers discuss with boss, Workers discuss with Shop Steward, Union discuss with Management, 3rd Party brought in (WRC) for conciliation, If it is still not sorted - go to the Labour Court for a Recommendation
