Mechanism of action
Cyclobenzaprine acts on the locus coeruleus where it results in increased norepinephrine release, potentially through the gamma fibers which innervate and inhibit the alpha motor neurons in the ventral horn of the spinal cord
Indications
• Muscle relaxation,
• Muscular spasm
Contraindications
