Everywhere but Italy can be default opted into SMS, email and Push (and telephone). Italy can only be default opted in for email (and telephone - push). The Danish lawyers are still taking this up with the courts but for now, assume default opted in. # #
If a user has opted in previously, then they are opted in. If they opt out of a specific channel (by replying STOP or clicking an email link) then they are opted out of that channel, but we can continue to market to them from the other channels.
