People got controlled by others
They got control by others by other people turning them into a clone and so they can control them.
A society that is very scary
In both book the society is scary because one of the book humans got used by other human, so which means when someone is dying you would take other person's body parts and put it into yours so you can live longer. In the second book, everyone got turned in to robots so it's really scary.
