Relate to hospitality:
surveys: The hospitality industry is known for giving out surveys to their guests to judge their experience at the organisation and whether or not there is room to improve or see if there are any particular complaints or things that need to be fixed and or acknowledged. Due to the privacy act people have a choice in whether this knowledge can become public knowledge or whether it can stay just between the person and organisation to help improve the organisation.
Information: Hospitality industries get a lot of personal information when having people use their services an example is staying at the hotel you have approx. ages the names of all the people, phone number and other personal information therefore the industry has to keep this private and respect the people’s information.
