Continuing work on the E2E project, started preparing the budget and have loaded 1 banner (cutting it to the L5 level).

CBAK analysis extrapolating to National and doing some work around cannibalization to see full picture
Investment in CBAK, and built a muffin tracker (they are streamlining the muffins)
Last week had bottleneck issues, and was able to send out this week. Halo effect of the CBAK, stores that did the test and how their basket sizes changed.
Reconciling HMR report with BI, and getting through the P5 forecast

Monday completed first E2E report refresh; and currently working with partners in NAS to track down Cheese invoices for CETA.
Back stage budgeting process, getting through all cost centre owners (both F19 forecast and F20), and met goal of reducing 5%
Never used BW when joined the team, and how has a basic understanding of the tool. E2E reporting getting deeper knowledge on what flows through each line and the systems of where data is pulled from (linking to the account or BW conditions)

P7 Forecast, the team worked hard with all of the directors. Also did some digging for HMR and for Produce tonnage and directors were very happy with the analysis.
Budget - build many new templates, and present to the team so that the next year the team can work on it. Floral monitoring for V, and project on Bakery conversion
Getting excited for the new forecasting process (more ownership by FAs); and focus on the why and what is happening to build knowledge on that piece.
