Teaching Strategies
Constructivism will allow for students to build upon their own understanding and to ask questions that they may have, partly inquiry based
Teacher will disseminate information in multiple fashions in order to differentiate for those who learn better visually, audibly, or kinesthetically
Students will be placed in groups where people will be able to easily translate for EL students and resources such as translators will be provided to students as well

Collaboration
Students will be placed in heterogeneous both for the students who struggle and for the students who accel
Accelerated students will be able to teach students, further showing their literacy and ability
Struggling students will be able to learn from the eyes of another student which will give them a different perspective from the teacher's
Students will be situated in the classroom where collaboration is easily done for group work and group projects.

Students will work together and hopefully form an altruistic relationship with each other where they can learn from each other and to see opposing or similar views from others.

Instructional Goals
Be able to teach a lesson that will reach the ears of all the students, the first time
