        Check application forms, contact EPs
        
         Hold interviews, select EPs according to Global competencies model, provide
        
        EPs with the information about conditions of participation, next steps,
        
        selection and matching process
        
         Matching EPs
        
        Arrangement of interviews with TN if needed, support during matching process
        
         After EP is matched, inform him/her of what is needed for the program (visa, money, insurance, vaccination, presentations, pieces of culture to represent on Global Village etc.), cultural preparation
        
         Realization stage
        
        Keep in touch with the EP during his/her stay on the program (at least once a week)
        
         Establish contact with TN manager, LC, solve EP’s problems if needed
        
         Ask EP to share impressions during his/her stay on the program, post photos and videos, keep a blog
        
         Reintegrating EPs
        
         Invite EP to events to share his/her experience
        
        Receive feedback from EP
      - Pool analysis:
        
        Check TN pools, searchtools regularly, look for TNs on experience.aiesec.org,
        internships.aiesec.org
        
        Contact ICX in other countries
    - - Motivate members
      -  Improve strategies to achieve goals in collaboration with Vice President of Outgoing Exchange
      -  Attend weekly team meetings and carry out team responsibilities (makestrategic alliances, EP processes and customer service etc.)
      -  Make sure EPs are contacted within two days after the application and the interview
      -  Check the appearance of the information about EPs, results of contacting and interviews, next steps, etc. in the Tracking Tool
      -  Follow-up on all members’ activities and progress in achieving their goals
      -  Track goal achievement with Vice-President of Outgoing Exchange
      -  Support each member in their role and find information to support them
