The Tree will exist in cube dimension viewed one face at a time from a direct perspective in 2D. Left and Right view will exist to see more falling Apples or Oranges. Apples and Oranges will only exist in 2D with a tiny line going down to represent the object from the side before you rotate it to the front view.
For example 
will be seen as | from the side. And thus will be harder to tap (the hit box will be very very small. But if you rotate it, you will see the full 2D front and have the full size hit box to tap on.
