In a situation where a parent or guardian has not reported their child's special needs, but a staff member has reason to believe that special needs are present.

A hierarchy of reporting will be established. If a teacher has an incident, or reason to believe that a student might need special accommodations, he or she should have an administrative contact to address his or her concerns.

The scope of the challenge:
Most students that attend English Village programs will sign up for 5 day programs. The students will live on campus for the duration of their stay in an English only environment. This means that program staff must be able to quickly identify a student with special needs and make accommodations available around the clock.
