Diffusion
Diffusion is the movement of particles from an area of high concentration to an area of lower concentration.
Diffusion will happen faster in a gas than a liquid because the particles can move quicker and are more far apart.
Diffusion can only happen in liquids and gases because the particles can move whereas in a solid the particles are in a fixed position.
