Can be explain as.....
1) If an individual thinks/ feel their opinion/ likes are shared with the majority, they will more likely to share their opinion with others.
Etc: If you have a group of people who like what you're doing, you will more likely to shared the stuff on your social media.
2) If nobody cares/ like their opinion they post or shared on media.....they will just keep it to themselves.
Etc : If you notice there's nobody liking the stuff you posted, that will decrease the motivation of you sharing the similar info in future.
Reasons = People have the fear of being rejected and isolated from the group, therefore, they prefer to keep their opinion silence.
