Connections/Contributions Medieval Europe: Medieval Europe contributed to modern day society in the sense that that time period was when all sorts of religious artistic styles were created or at the very least popularized, such stained glass, Gothic art, etc. It was also the time period in which the mechanical clock was created, a very important invention. One connection I can make to modern day society is how Christianity was extremely important a long time ago, and is still a very big religion right now. To conclude, we may not think about it to much, but Medieval Europe definitely left its mark on modern day society in a very subtle way.
