The Value of Listening
Example from Text: There are 5 reasons listening is valuable, 1. People with good listening are more likely than others to be hired and promoted. 2. Listening is a leadership skill. 3. Good listeners are not easily fooled. 4. Asking for and listening to advice makes you look good. 5. Listening makes you a better friend and romantic partner.
Example from Real Life: I've noticed from listening to people of authority and my elders that you can learn a lot more from them then you can anywhere else.
