Ethics: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/gregoris-kalai/amazon-is-cruel-and-it-is_b_8026824.html . Many articles surfaced exposing Amazon's harsh work conditions and how many were upset by the unfair treatment of employees. As a result Amazon experiences a slight decline in stock value, but later remained the same and demonstrated how the Amazon culture is deeply engrained and people rely upon it heavily that even a scandal can not effect it greatly.

Change: Relating back to the culture branch the small teams at Amazon allow for the company to easily be open to change within their company. New ideas are welcomed when they are presented in an organized manner.
-
Strategy: https://www.managementstudyguide.com/analysis-of-amazon-corporate-strategy.htm Amazon has popularized “one-click” selling wherein customers can buy anything and everything that is for sale on its portal with just a click of the mouse. Going by the rate at it, which Amazon is growing, it is indeed the case that its business model is “clicking” with its customers. Having said that, the need of the hour for Amazon is to sustain its growth rates and maintain the momentum.
