Right to left shunting with cyanosis and hypoxemia that usually requires surgical repair early in life

Abnormal heart rate, precordial activity and sounds, murmurs, week or absent peripheral pulses
Tachypnea, labored breathing at rest, coughing, wheezing, increased destress when feeding

Mechanical ventilation
Increase PVR: Low MV and O2, high Peak/MAP, PEEP, and I:E
Decreased PVR: High MV and O2, low Peak/MAP, PEEP, I:E
