        Diagnosis: Fracture of R PIP of 1st Metatarsal
- - - - 1st Session with student- Assess Muscle length with knee to wall at 13cm. patient states tight through front identified as Tib Ant and toe extensors
      - STR - Tib ant Re Ax Knee to wall at 14cm.
        Exercises - Standing abducter with pully 5kg x10 3 sets
        Squat ER with Red TB
        Hip thrust with 30kg x10 3 sets
        Leg press 200kg x5reps
        
        2nd Session Aimed for more sport specific training. focusing on explosive power and footwork
        Continued previous exercises added
        hip toss with red band around hips and black band around shoulder
        this is more targeted towards patient goals
        
        3rd Session focused more on Explosive movements.
        
        4th Session, sports specific movements - dynamic position he will be placed in while sparring and fighting
        
        Review Ax.
        
        Re Ax Muscle length no improvement - targeted release no improvement stopped STR
        Added Isometric Muscle Exercise toe Extensors - no improvement in length but reduced pain
        
        Patient Fear avoiding loading through Right foot and toe, as a consequence has altered his fighting and punching stance and is loosing power
        
        Plan - continue motor control training with aim to improve quality of movement and decrease fear avoiding. Re Ax as needed
  - - - Pain reduces by avoiding aggravating factors
        
        Time to take bone Heal 4-6 weeks
        
        Motor Activation 1000 reps
        
        Strength training 4-6 weeks
        
        Sports Specific training will relate to better outcomes and patient compliance #
