Japan is a country located in the Ring of Fire, a dangerous ring of volcanoes located in the pacific. In fact, Japan is a volcanic island, and even though its volcano is considered dormant, it is still a constant looming threat. Also, tsunamis and earthquakes are quite common in Japan, and are highly deadly.
