Feedback
Provide feedback on progress, such as routine update of injury free days on the notice board
Sekiranya pkerja tidak mematuhi / melakukan perbuatan yg xselamat, hendaklah memberitahu pkerja tersebut akan akibat di atas perbuatan tsebut utk memotivasikan mereka utk mematuhi peraturan.
Reinforcement
Reinforce through verbal feedback, reward/consequence.
Meaningful goals
Set clear, concise and consistent safety and health expectations
Make goals easy to understand and meaningful to everyone
Establish safety and health goals that are realistic and attainable
Involvement
allowing them to contribute through participation in safety + health committtee/assist n safety inspections.
Self - monitoring
monitor their own progress toward a goal.
Recognitions and
rewards
Give recognition and awards after you have established aneffective safety and health programmes. Rewards should complementary, not a substitute
keep workers focused and to reinforce performance. If you use money as a reward, it is just a one-time deal and the effect is only temporary
