Scenario
- Overcrowding. We have been gifted some land to build a new community. Kids have to apply and name their skills to get included. We will get Andrew to deliver the letter and we will read it to the kids :

1.Letter to Rata Team delivered by Andrew and read to whole group during team meeting. Image of the land that is being gifted for the community on big screen
In groups -brainstorm of needs of a community. ( keep adding to it as ideas evolve)
Explain to kids that they will be applying to be included in this community and they will need to create a CV of their skills as well as a cover letter. The vacancies will be advertised this week. ( emails )
Student then vote for councillors who will put the students into groups according to their applications and skills as well as create the job descriptions.
Teachers in role as the family who lived in this area and gifted the land are asked questions by the prospective townspeople about the land, history, flora and fauna - Maori, old, siblings.
