The high angle shot show that death is powerful characters as it is looking down on liesel’s family.

when Hans talks to Liesel he always talks in a soft and warm tone
The soft tone makes Hans sound nice and welcoming
Hans says to Leisel " Come your majesty" Leisel then comes out of the car
