Feelings after sprints: how did they make me feel? Could I modify them in anyway, could I add more or take anything away?
I thought the shorter distances didn't make me as tired, but I could increase the number of times I do them.
Warm-up
15 Push ups
10 Knees Pulls on each leg
10 Lunges on each leg
Bottom Kicks for 20 seconds
20 Jumping Jacks
Grapevines 10 yards each direction
Open and Close the Gate: 10 on each leg
Feelings after warm-ups: how did they make me feel? Could I modify them in anyway?
I didn't feel warmed up enough I think I could have gotten my heart rate up a little more. I think adding arm circles would help get my whole body involved.

I really enjoyed running/walking hills. The view was nice and relaxing. I think I might take of stadiums because I get dizzy if I do them to fast and then I have to walk back down.
Cool Downs (hold stretches for 20 seconds)
Calf stretch
I.T. band leg pulls
Reach for toes
Arms across body
Quad Pulls
5 minutes of meditation focusing on breathing
Walk 1 lap around track or until heart rate is down

After my cool downs I felt refreshed and my body felt relaxed. The 5 minute of meditation helped me get my thoughts in order.
