I am not the person for this role. This is norrmaly carried out by the businss / HDP and the Use Case sent to me to determine data and how to get to it.

Identification of al SAP ME data that should be stored in the BW. :star:
Note: 1 This should be based on the Use Cases
Note: 2 Whom can stand up and say they can envisage all use case going forward into the future. ( Business User, Tech user, etc )
Note: 3 I'm sure use cases will be missed / thus the decision to store / not store data will be ( Challenging )
Note: 4 Based on Note 3, If the framework / change path is not flexible then their is a High Risk of not being able to meet changes to or additional use cases.
Workpackage Tasks 4 Creation of a document with the business processes. This are the processes in the SAP ME (e.g. assemble). Further it has to be described what is the impact on the data model (in which tables do changes happen).
Workpackage Tasks 5 Creation of a document with all the technical restrictions (especially in the BW).
Workpackage Tasks 7 Handle all documents to CommaSoft, discuss with accantec the process, get the offer from accantec and get the order confirmed.
Workpackage Tasks 8 Workshop one together with CommaSoft in Lüdenscheid to discuss al the documents and make a brainstorming of how such a business data model could look like
Workpackage Tasks 9 Support for CommaSoft while CommaSoft is creating a proposal for the business data model.
Workpackage Tasks 10 Meeting together with CommaSoft and Accantec in Lüdenscheid. CommaSoft will present the proposal and a discussion will takes place (if required). At the end of the meeting the business data model should be designed and approved.
No knowledge of Agile.... Terminology means nothing to me...
